Purpose

GOTOVO provides online utilities on an "as is" basis for everyday file and network tasks. Users are responsible for deciding whether an output is suitable for their intended purpose.

Review the output

After processing, open the downloaded file and review its pages, text, images, orientation, forms and other important elements. Take particular care with documents intended for government agencies, banks, courts, employers or other official recipients.

PDF, OCR and redaction

• OCR can make mistakes, especially with poor scans, tables, handwriting and small text.
• Secure redaction rasterizes affected pages to remove hidden content in selected regions; users must visually review the result.
• Adding a signature or stamp image is visual placement of an image and is not a qualified electronic or cryptographic digital signature.
• Strong PDF compression can remove selectable text, links, forms and interactive elements.
• Password removal is intended only for documents whose password is known to the user and which the user has the right to process.

Network diagnostics

Latency, jitter, HTTP-failure and speed results are approximate diagnostics to specific internet infrastructure. They do not replace certified measurements, ICMP analysis or measurements defined by an ISP service agreement.

Acceptable use

Do not use GOTOVO for unlawful processing of other people's documents, unauthorized access, copyright infringement, fraud or other illegal activity.

Availability

We aim to keep tools available and reliable, but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, compatibility with every PDF or error-free handling of every third-party file format.
