When this is useful
Useful before email delivery, portal uploads or whenever a destination rejects a PDF because it exceeds a file-size limit.
Choose between preserving PDF structure and getting a much smaller rasterized document.

Safe re-save rebuilds the PDF structure without intentionally lowering visual quality. Fast Web View reorganizes data for network delivery. Strong mode renders pages to JPEG and creates a new PDF from those images.
Open the matching PDF Workshop mode.
Add the PDF and choose the operation settings.
Review the result and download the new copy.
Strong compression can reduce size substantially, but selectable text, forms, links and other interactive elements are lost. Safe re-save may produce little change when the input PDF is already optimized.
GOTOVO processes the selected PDF directly in your browser, so the source document does not need to be uploaded to our server. The original file is never overwritten; the result is created as a separate copy, making it easy to compare or retry with different settings. Performance depends on PDF size, page count and available device memory, especially for OCR, strong compression and secure redaction. After any operation, open the downloaded file and review the required pages, orientation, readability and important interactive elements before sending it to another person or uploading it to an official service. For documents containing personal or business-sensitive information, local processing also reduces unnecessary transfer of the source file to third parties.
Start with safe re-save, then use strong compression only if needed.
Yes in safe mode; no after strong raster compression.
No. Final size depends on page count and document content.
